Established in 2026 by Cody and Emilee Hawks, Impact Academy was created to provide youth in Lebanon, MO, with opportunities to develop through competitive soccer and basketball.
Our coaches and staff are committed to helping young athletes build skills, confidence, character, teamwork, and accountability in a positive, development-focused environment.
Beyond competition, Impact Academy is dedicated to strengthening our community, supporting local families, and creating opportunities for athletes to grow both on and off the field or court.

At Impact Academy, we believe youth sports are about more than the final score. They are an opportunity to build confidence, develop character, strengthen teamwork, and teach lessons that extend far beyond the field.
Our coaches and staff are passionate about developing young athletes and providing them with the training, support, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. Through a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment, we challenge our athletes to improve their skills, understand the game, work together, and become confident competitors.
We are committed to meeting athletes where they are and helping them take the next step in their development. That means emphasizing fundamentals, effort, accountability, sportsmanship, and a willingness to learn. Winning matters, but long-term growth will always be at the heart of what we do.
